Simple order form

In a regular store, you don’t need to fill out any forms (unless it’s for credit), but in an online store, filling out an order form is necessary. Filling out the order form is the final step in purchasing a product. Don’t make it complicated, don’t delay the purchase moment.

The order form should be as simple as possible. We recommend asking only for information essential to the order. For example, for delivery — phone number or email and the customer’s address, and for pickup — only phone or email.
