## Contact support in Yandex Maps {#fback-write-to}

1. In the upper-right corner, click ![](../_assets/btn_points.png).
    
1. Select **Report an error**.
    
1. Select one of the options:
    
    - **Send an email**: Describe the problem you're having. You can also attach a photo or screenshot.
    
    - **Write to chat**: Choosing this option will open a window with our chat bot — select an applicable menu item or write a question in your own words, attaching a photo or screenshot if needed.
    
    - **Need to add object to map**: Select the type of map item and add it to the map.
    
    - **Mistake with organization or map object**: Select the object you want to fix on the map and describe what's wrong with it.
    
1. Click **Submit**.
