Signature
You can create a signature that will be automatically inserted when you compose, reply to, or forward a message. You can create multiple signatures for different purposes, such as for friends, work, or using a foreign language. You can pick a signature while you compose a message, or set up automatic signature selection.
Create a signature
- Click
in the upper-right corner.
- Choose Personal data, signature, picture.
- Enter your signature in the Your signatures section.
- You can also format your signature text using the tools above the text field.
- You can add an image to your signature if needed:
- By link — click the
icon below the text field and paste a direct link to your image.
- Locally — drag the image from a folder on your computer into the signature text field.
- By link — click the
- To save your signature, click Add signature.
Edit signature
- Move your cursor over the upper right corner of your signature.
- Click the
icon that appears.
Configuring signature selection
If you have several signatures, you can choose a specific one when composing a message, or set up signature auto-selection.
- Move the cursor to the current signature.
- Click the
that appears in the upper-right corner of the signature block.
- Choose a signature.
- By address

To use a signature when sending messages from a specific mail alias, select the option Link to address and choose the email address.
- By message language

Yandex.Mail can change your signature depending on your the language of the message (for instance, a signature in Turkish would be used if you were writing a message in that language). To use this signature in replies to messages in another language, assign it to that language in Your signatures:
- Move your cursor over the upper right corner of your signature.
- Click the
icon that appears.
Select the language needed from the list.

- Click Save.
Choosing signature location in responses
By default, the signature is placed at the end of the message or conversation. If you would like to place it immediately after your reply, choose the option under Place signature.
Delete signature
- Move your cursor over the upper right corner of your signature.
- Click the
icon that appears.
I can't choose a signature when composing an email
Go to settings and make sure the option allow signature selection on the message composition page is enabled in the Signature selection section.
