Do you use a mobile app or work with Yandex.Mail in a mobile browser?

To contact support:

  1. Open the application.
  2. Pull the screen to the right.
  3. Tap Help and feedback (under the list of folders and labels).
  4. Choose whether you want to report an issue or leave a suggestion.
  5. Select a subject.
  6. Describe your problem or suggestion in as much detail as possible. Attach a screenshot if possible.
Note. If you'd like to report a problem with the mobile app, please use the feedback form in the app rather than the one in Help. This way your request will be received by the right support specialists and you will get a quicker response.
