Choose and purchase your plan

Note. If you have multiple Yandex accounts, make sure you're logged in to the account that you want to buy a Yandex.Mail 360 subscription for. You won't be able to transfer your subscription from one account to another.

If you are subscribing for the first time, you won't be billed immediately — you'll have a free trial period.

Trial period

You can have the free trial period only once. The trial duration depends on how long you've been using Yandex.Mail:

  • If under 2 years, the trial period is 30 days.
  • If 2 to 5 years, the trial period is 60 days.
  • If over 5 years, the trial period is 90 days.

When the trial period expires, you'll be charged the first subscription payment. The subscription will be charged on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your plan.

If you cancel your subscription during the trial period, it ends immediately and the trial period is shortened.

Subscription renewal

The subscription is renewed automatically: you will be charged for the next subscription period every month or year. You can turn off subscription renewal at any time.

See your subscription status

On the Yandex.Mail 360 page, you can see when your subscription expires. To do this, in the top panel, click More → Subscription.

Cancel subscription

You can't cancel a subscription itself, but you can cancel automatic renewal at any time.

  1. In the top panel, click More → Subscription.
  2. Click Cancel subscription.
  3. Confirm canceling your subscription.

Get a refund for a subscription

If you bought a subscription by mistake and now you want to get your money back, you can request a refund.

Note. You can get a refund only if less than a month has passed since you made the payment.

To request a refund, please contact support using the form at the bottom of the page. In the email, enter your username and the plan you want to get a refund for.

I'm being charged, but I don't know for which account

If you're being charged but you don't know the account you bought a subscription for, contact support using the form at the bottom of the page. In your message, specify the card mask (the first 6 and last 4 digits), the amount, and the date when money was debited. Also specify whether you need a refund immediately.

An error occurred when paying with a bank card

The majority of issues that occur when paying for subscriptions occur on the bank's side. Unfortunately, we receive error messages without any additional information.

A payment may be unsuccessful for the following reasons:

  • Invalid bank card information. Check the bank card number, expiration date, CVV/CVC, and name on the card. Then try making the transaction again.

  • Insufficient funds on your account.

  • Card is inactive or expired.

  • Transaction limit exceeded.

  • Your bank doesn't allow internet transactions.

Note. If none of the reasons listed above apply to you, contact customer support of your bank to find out why payment with this card is unsuccessful. Customer support information can usually be found on the back of your card at the bottom.

Subscription didn't activate after paying

Make sure that you were logged in under the account you want to buy a subscription for when you paid. Check your mailboxes: the mailbox of the account you bought the subscription for should have a message from Yandex.Mail with the receipt. If there's no email with the receipt, or you bought a subscription for a different account by mistake, contact support using the form at the bottom of the page.

Pay for a subscription on behalf of the company

You can get a Yandex.Mail 360 subscription for the company in Yandex.Mail for Business.

How to disable Yandex.Mail 360

If you are not happy with Yandex.Mail 360 and want to switch back to regular Yandex.Mail, you can disable it in Yandex.Mail settings. To do this, go to In the Mail interface and click Switch back to regular Yandex.Mail.

If you accidentally disabled Yandex.Mail 360, you can re-enable it. To do this, go to the settings and click Switch to experimental Yandex.Mail 360.
