Subscriptions

If you receive subscriptions to newsletters or other mailing lists in your Inbox folder, Yandex.Mail can help you organize them. Divide mailing lists into the ones you read and the ones you don't. Email from subscriptions you do read will arrive in your Inbox, while new email from subscriptions you don't read will be automatically sent to the Trash folder.

Attention. All email in the Trash folder is automatically deleted in 31 days. Note that you will not be able to recover deleted email.
  1. View all your subscriptions
  2. Move email to the Trash folder
  3. Receive email in the Inbox again

View all your subscriptions

  1. Pull the screen to the right.

  2. Tap Settings (under the list of folders and labels).

  3. Choose the account where you want to organize your subscriptions.
  4. Choose Manage subscriptions.

You will see all of your subscriptions on the Active tab. To view recent messages from a specific address, tap on it.

Move email to the Trash folder

  1. On the Active tab, select the subscriptions you want to hide. New email from these addresses will be automatically sent to the Trash folder.
  2. Tap Hide <number> mailing lists.
  3. Enable the Delete old email option if you want to move old messages from the selected addresses from Inbox to Trash .
  4. Tap Hide <number> mailing lists.

Receive email in the Inbox again

  1. Open the Hidden tab.
  2. Mark the subscriptions you want to read. New email from these senders will arrive in your Inbox folder.
  3. Tap Activate <number> subscriptions.
  4. Confirm activation.

If you are having problems with the Yandex.Mail app, please let us know via the feedback form in the app:

  1. Pull the screen to the right.
  2. Tap Help and feedback under the folder list.
  3. Select Problem.
  4. Select a subject.
  5. Describe your problem in as much detail as possible.
Attention. If you'd like to report a problem with the mobile app, contact us from the app rather than on the Help page. This way your request will be received by the right support specialists and you will get a quicker response. Besides, when you send your request directly from the app, it lets the support specialists see some technical details that can help resolve the issue.

If the app crashes unexpectedly and you can't use it to contact us, please send the error message via the feedback form.
