Labels help you arrange and quickly find emails. You can assign any number of labels to each email. By default, your mailbox already contains the following standard labels: Important, Unread, With attachments. You can see the list of labels under the folder list.

  1. Open the label list
  2. Assign or remove a label
  3. Create a new label
  4. Remove a label

Pull the screen to the right.

Assign or remove a label

  1. Select an email or multiple emails. To select a message, tap on the sender's avatar in the message bar.

  2. Tap  → Mark as.
  3. Select a label and tap Done.
Note. In the email list, you can use only existing labels. However, you can create a new label in advance.

Create a new label

  1. Pull the screen to the right.
  2. Tap the New label button (under the folder list).
  3. Tap the icon in the upper right corner.
  4. Enter the name of the label and select a color.
  5. Click Done.

Remove a label

  1. Pull the screen to the right.
  2. Tap the New label button (under the folder list).
  3. Select the label you want to remove.
  4. Click in the upper-right corner.
  5. Click Done.
Note. Only the label itself is removed. The labeled emails remain in your mailbox.

  3. Select Problem.
  4. Select a subject.
  5. Describe your problem in as much detail as possible.
Attention. If you'd like to report a problem with the mobile app, contact us from the app rather than on the Help page. This way your request will be received by the right support specialists and you will get a quicker response. Besides, when you send your request directly from the app, it lets the support specialists see some technical details that can help resolve the issue.
