Select an email or multiple emails. To select an email, tap on the sender's avatar in the message bar.

Pull the message bar to the right.

Select the folder you want to move the email to.

Open an email.

Open the email.

Tap the icon on the right side of the screen.

Pull the screen to the right.

Tap Settings (under the list of folders and labels).

Pull the message list down and release it.

Tap  → Move to folder.

If you are configuring email delivery from a mailbox such as “login@yandex.com, your username is the first part of the address before the “@” sign. If you are usingYandex.Mail for Domain, enter your full email address as the login.

If you have two-factor authentication enabled, use the one-time password generated by the Yandex.Key app.

  1. Enter the login and password you use for accessing this service.
  2. Grant Yandex access to your mailbox.
    Note. Yandex needs to access your mailbox to send emails via the Yandex.Mail app. Yandex doesn't perform any actions with your mailbox without your consent.
  3. Tap Log in.

If you are having problems with the Yandex.Mail app, please let us know via the feedback form in the app:

  1. Pull the screen to the right.
  2. Tap Help and feedback under the folder list.
  3. Select Problem.
  4. Select a subject.
  5. Describe your problem in as much detail as possible.
Attention. If you'd like to report a problem with the mobile app, please use the feedback form in the app rather than the one in Help. This way your request will be received by the right support specialists and you will get a quicker response. Besides, when you send your request directly from the app, it lets the support specialists see some technical details that can help resolve the issue.

If the app crashes unexpectedly and you can't use it to contact us, please send an error message via the feedback form.
