Open the folder list

Pull the screen to the right.

Move an email to a folder

  1. Select an email or multiple emails. To select an email, tap on the sender's avatar in the message bar.

  2. Tap  → Move to folder.

  3. Select the folder to which you want to move the message.

Note. Emails can be moved only to existing folders from the email list. However, you can create a new folder in advance.

Create a new folder

  1. Pull the screen to the right.

  2. Tap the New folder button (above the folder list).
  3. Tap the icon in the upper right corner.
  4. Enter the folder name and location.
  5. Click Done.

Delete a folder

Attention. Folders are deleted together with all the emails they contain. If you want to save your emails, move them to a different folder.
  1. Pull the screen to the right.

  2. Tap the New folder button (above the folder list).
  3. Select the folder you want to delete.
  4. Click the icon in the upper right-hand corner.
  5. Click Done.

  3. Select Problem.
  4. Select a subject.
  5. Describe your problem in as much detail as possible.
Attention. If you'd like to report a problem with the mobile app, please use the feedback form in the app rather than the one in Help. This way your request will be received by the right support specialists and you will get a quicker response. Besides, when you send your request directly from the app, it lets the support specialists see some technical details that can help resolve the issue.

If the app crashes unexpectedly and you can't use it to contact us, please send an error message via the feedback form.
