# Search

## SmartBox {#search}

The SmartBox can help you enter addresses and search for information with Yandex.

1. Enter a search query, address, or name of a website in the SmartBox.
1. Tap **Search**.

The app automatically detects whether to show you a site or search results. The results open in a new [tab](https://yandex.com/support/m-yandex/en/app/tabs.md).

## Suggestions {#suggest}

There are search suggestions under the SmartBox. You can tap them to find things faster:

- ![](../_assets/suggestion-new.png) — The most frequent search queries.
- ![](../_assets/recent-site-icon-new.png) — Sites that you've already visited.

## Image search {#_assets}

The Yandex app supports [visual search](https://yandex.com/support/m-yandex/en/app/search-image.md): just point the camera at an object or select an image from the device's gallery. The system will recognize objects, show similar images, and suggest where to find more information.

## Find on page {#site}

1. While on the site, tap ![](../_assets/zen-settings-1.png) to the right of the SmartBox.
1. Tap **Find on page**.
1. Enter a word or phrase to search for.

The browser shows you all the matching words on the page. To browse the search results, use ![](../_assets/next-page-search-icon.png) and ![](../_assets/previous-page-search-icon.png). To close the search, tap ![](../_assets/close-page-search-icon.png) on the left.


## Copy a link {#copy-link}

1. Tap and hold the link.
1. In the context menu, select **Copy link**.
