How much space do I need to install the app?
The amount of free space required for installation may vary depending on the app version. You can see the exact data in the app description in the official store:

Different operating systems and their versions have their own requirements for free space in the device memory. That's why in some cases the operating system may block the installation of the app if it thinks there won't be enough memory for your device to run as normal after installing.
Can I install the app on an SD card?
You can't install the app on an SD card.
Why did the app start taking up so much space?
The app saves your queries and Yandex Mapsdata, so the amount of space taken up by the app may increase over time. You can reduce it by clearing the cache in the app settings.
Internet traffic
Many app features, such as searching for information, listening to the radio, watching videos, and updating widgets require an internet connection.
If the app consumes a lot of internet traffic, try disabling auto-uploading photos and videos to Yandex Disk or enable uploading only over Wi-Fi, if you need to upload photos and videos to Yandex Disk.
If you notice that the app is using more data than usual, though you're using the app in the same way as always, contact support.
