How do I select a city?
To see the list of available metros and select the desired city, go to Settings and tap City.
Tell us which cities are missing in the app.
Why isn't the station I need on the map?
Metro maps in the app only display the stations currently in operation.
New stations are added to the map after they are officially opened.
If a station is opened but is missing on the map, update the app.
Why is the nearest station determined incorrectly?
If you're in the metro, your location is determined approximately, because the GPS doesn't work underground.
If you are above ground but the location was determined incorrectly, tell us about it.
How is the journey time calculated?
The estimated travel time includes the time between metro stations and transfers between lines. It doesn't include the time spent on the escalators at your start and destination stations.
