Troubleshoot device issues

Sometimes, device issues may hinder accurate geolocation. Try the following:

  • Close Yandex Maps. Hiding the app with the Back or Home buttons won't help. You need to open the list of all running apps and swipe the Yandex Maps app right or left.
  • Turn off Wi-Fi and turn it on again.
  • Turn on Airplane Mode for 15–20 seconds, then turn it off.
  • Restart your smartphone or tablet.
