# Taxi

You can order a taxi in the [Yandex Maps](https://mobile.yandex.ru/apps/android/maps) app.

To order a taxi, log in with your Yandex ID by tapping **![](_assets/menu-burger.svg)** → **Log in**.

## Order a taxi {#order}

1. Go back to the home screen and tap ![](_assets/taxi-on-map.svg).
    
1. If the pickup address is selected by default, tap **To**. To change the pickup address, tap the address field and enter a new address or specify a place on the map.

    If your location is determined incorrectly, make sure that [location detection](https://yandex.com/support/m-maps/en/find-my-location.md) is enabled on your device.

1. Enter your destination point, and the app will show the estimated ride cost.

    You can add up to 20 intermediate points to your route. For more information, see [Edit a route](https://yandex.com/support/m-maps/en/choose-route.md).

1. Select a service class. If you have a [Yandex Plus multi-subscription](https://yandex.ru/support/plus-ru/types.html), the number of Yandex Plus points you'll get for the trip shows next to the fare.
1. Select a payment method:
    
    - **Bank card**: You can use one of the linked Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, or Mir cards.
    
      
    - **Cash**.

1. To write a message to the driver, tap **![](_assets/route-settings.svg)** → **Order comments**.
    
1. Tap **Order a ride**.

## Cancel a ride {#cancel}

If the car has already arrived, you will be charged for canceling your order.

  Tap **Cancel ride** at the bottom of the screen and confirm order cancellation.

- Car found

  
  
  Pull up the section with the vehicle information, tap **Cancel ride**, and confirm order cancellation.

## Rate a ride {#estimate}

After the ride, you can rate your driver on a scale from 1 to 5.

## Order history {#history}

Tap **![](_assets/profile-icon.svg) (profile picture)** → **Appointments and reservations** → **Taxi**.

All data is synced with the [Yandex Go](https://go.yandex/) app.

If you have a question about your order, contact us. To do this, select the order and tap **Help with order** → **New request**.
