# Leave feedback

You can give a rating and add a review, photos, or videos only in an [organization card](https://yandex.com/support/m-maps/en/objects.md#company).

If you own a business and want to respond to a review, refer to the [Manage reviews](https://yandex.ru/support/business-priority/ru/manage/reviews#reply) section in Yandex Business Help.

## Rate and review {#review}

1. Open the [organization card](https://yandex.com/support/m-maps/en/objects.md).
1. In the **Reviews** tab, tap **Write a review**.
1. Select the number of stars.
1. [Attach](#photo) photos or videos (optional).
1. Tap **Submit**, and the review will be sent for moderation.
    
    
    Your review will appear in Yandex Maps after it passes moderation. You can check the moderation status in the **Reviews** tab.
    
    
    


If you don't want to write a review, you can still submit your rating or attach photos and videos. You can't submit a review without a rating.

1. Select an organization and tap **Write review**.

By leaving reviews, you earn achievements and **Local Expert** levels. To view your level and list of achievements, tap **![](_assets/profile-icon.svg) (profile picture)**.




## Add photos or videos {#photo}

1. Find the reviews:
    
    - Open an organization [card](https://yandex.com/support/m-maps/en/objects.md), go to the **Reviews** tab, and tap **Write a review**.
    - Tap **![](_assets/profile-icon.svg) (profile picture)** → **Reviews**. You'll see a list of organizations that you've rated.
    
1. Tap **Add photo or video**.
    
1. Add photos or videos of the organization in one of the following ways:
    
    - Take new photos or videos.
    - Choose existing ones from your device's gallery.
    
1. Confirm the action.

You can also add photos or videos in the **Photos** tab of the [card](https://yandex.com/support/m-maps/en/objects.md).

The organization card will include all the photos and videos you uploaded, with a moderation label. After moderation, your photos and videos will appear in Yandex Maps and will be visible to all users. To view the moderation status, tap **![](_assets/profile-icon.svg) (profile picture)** and go to the **Reviews** tab.

Business owners can also add photos or videos of their company using their Yandex Business account. This content will appear in your company's Yandex Maps profile and in Yandex search results. You can organize photos by category or change their display order. ## Delete photos {#photo-delete}

You can delete photos you [added](#photo) from a review and your account.

**Delete all photos**

  1. Tap **![](_assets/profile-icon.svg) (profile picture)** → **Photos**.
  1. Next to the organization you want to delete photos for, tap ![](_assets/menu-kebab-horizont-2.svg) → **Delete photos**.
  1. Confirm deletion by tapping **Delete it**.

**Delete a specific photo**

  1. Tap **![](_assets/profile-icon.svg) (profile picture)** → **Photos**.
  1. Select an organization and tap **View all photos**.
  1. Select a photo and tap ![](_assets/menu-kebab-horizont-2.svg) → **Delete photo**.
  1. Confirm deletion by tapping **Delete it**.

These photos will remain in the organization card.

If you want to delete the photos you added from the organization card, contact Yandex Business [support](https://yandex.com/support/business-priority/troubleshooting/main.html). Provide links to the photos you want to delete. Support specialists will review your request and delete the photos from the organization card.


## Edit rating or review {#edit-a-review}

1. Tap **![](_assets/profile-icon.svg) (profile picture)** → **Reviews**.
1. To the right of the review, tap ![](_assets/menu-kebab-horizont-2.svg) and select **Edit review**.
1. In the window that opens, change the rating or the review itself.
1. Tap **Save**.

If you change your mind and don't want to save the edits, tap ![](_assets/cross_24.svg).


Updated review will appear in Yandex Maps after it passes moderation. To view the moderation status, tap **![](_assets/profile-icon.svg) (profile picture)** and go to the **Reviews** tab.


## Delete rating or review {#delete-a-review}

1. Tap **![](_assets/profile-icon.svg) (profile picture)** → **Reviews**.
1. To the right of the review, tap ![](_assets/menu-kebab-horizont-2.svg) and select **Delete review**.
1. Confirm the action.
