Folders

Open the folder list

In the upper-left corner of the screen, tap .

Move an email to a folder

  1. Open the message.

  2. On the right side of the screen, tap .
  3. Tap Move to folder.
  4. Choose a folder.

If you want to move multiple messages to the folder at once:

  1. Select the messages. To select a message, tap on the sender's avatar in the message bar.

  2. Tap More → To folder at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Choose a folder.

Create a new folder

  1. In the upper-left corner of the screen, tap .
  2. Under the list of folders, tap Settings.
  3. Choose Folders and labels.
  4. Tap Create.
  5. Enter a name for the folder. Configure attachments if needed.
  6. Click Done.

Delete folder

Attention. Folders are deleted with the messages they contain. If you want to keep your messages, move them to a different folder.
  1. In the upper-left corner of the screen, tap .
  2. Under the list of folders, tap Settings.
  3. Choose Folders and labels.
  4. Tap Edit in the upper-right corner.
  5. Tap to the left of the folder you want to delete.
  6. Click Done.
