Service notifications

Yandex services can send you notification emails, push notifications, and SMS messages, and make calls as well.

To manage notifications, open the Data tab, go to Manage data, and select Manage consent. On this page, you can:

Contact methods

In this section, you can choose how you prefer to be contacted.

Email

If you have a Yandex email address linked to your account, that address is selected by default. If your account has one or more recovery email addresses, you can choose one of them. This address will be used to send you informational emails from services.

Phone

If you added a phone number to Yandex ID before, it will be displayed in this section by default. If no phone number is linked to your account, you can add one. You will receive calls and SMS messages at this number.

Warning

You can't disable all calls from a specific service or all services.

Devices

The devices that can receive push notifications are shown here.

Configure notifications for a specific service

Under Services, there's a list of services whose notifications you can already manage in your Yandex ID account. Select one from the list and turn notifications on or off. You can currently configure only email notifications.

To filter services based on the contact method, use the filter buttons above the list.

Solving problems

I'm not getting notifications

Make sure that your account has a linked phone number or email address and that the device where you want to receive push notifications is displayed in the device list.

I turned off a service's notifications, but I keep receiving them

The notifications might be sent for another account. If you can't remember the username, follow the account search instructions in Help.

I don't see the service I want to configure

We're working on adding new services. If you have a question, try looking for an answer in that service's Help.

I have a new phone number

You can update your phone number on the Phone numbers page. If you don't have access to the old number, the new one won't replace it immediately. See Linking phone numbers to learn more.
