Payment with a family card
Family payment is only available in Russia.
All members of a family group can pay for purchases in Yandex services with a bank card linked to the account by its administrator.
Alert
To pay with a family card, your Yandex ID must have a linked phone number.
Enable family payment

On the Family tab, go to Group features, click Family payment, and choose a card from the list. If no card is linked to your Yandex ID or you want to add a new one, select Add card. Enter the card details and click Link.

Enter the confirmation code from the SMS.
We hold a small amount (up to ₽11) on your account to check if your card is valid. The money isn't deducted and becomes available again after the check is finished.
Set a limit for a family member
- On the Family tab, choose a member of the family group.
- Click Family payment.
- Specify the limit in the desired currency and the period to set the limit for.
- Click Save.
Note
Yandex Drive fines and compensation under the rental agreement are charged to the family card in full even if they exceed the limit set for the user.
Prohibit the use of the card

On the Family tab, choose a member of the family group.

Click Family payment.

Choose Unavailable.

Click Save.
Configure where to pay with the card

On the Family tab, choose a member of the family group.

Click Family payment.

Choose services from the list or allow payment anywhere. By default, a family group member can use the family card to pay in all Yandex services.

Click Save.
Alert
Only the family account administrator can use the family card to pay for service subscriptions, such as Yandex Plus or Yandex 360.
Pay with the card
To pay for a purchase with a card linked to the family group, select Family card in the Payment details block when making a purchase.
The buyer and the family group administrator will receive a purchase notification to their phone.
View payment history
Each family group member can view the their payment history, while the administrator can view the history of all members. To do this, on the Family tab, go to Group features, click Family card, and choose Payment history.
Change family card
In the Family tab, go to Group features, click Family card → Make another card a family card, and choose a card from the list.
Delete family card
On the Family tab, go to Group features, click Family card, choose Delete card, and confirm the action.
Disable family payment
On the Family tab, go to Group features, click Family card, choose Disable family payment, and click Continue.
