Registration
Register in Yandex Tasks and start completing tasks.
Warning
You can only have one Yandex Tasks account. Keep your credentials secure, as you can't register in Yandex Tasks twice.
Step 1. Log in to Yandex Tasks with your Yandex ID

Log in to Yandex ID.

Warning
Make sure you've entered all details in your Yandex ID to keep access to your account:
- Your real first and last name.
- Username and password.
- Primary phone number and primary email linked.

Go to Yandex Tasks. It оpens a page with demo tasks. Those tasks aren't paid and you don't have to complete them, but you can run through them to know what kind of tasks to expect on the platform. To get access to paid tasks and your profile, follow the steps below.
If you get a warning that there already is an account with this phone number, that means you might have registered in the system with another username before. Recall the username you registered with, and use it to log in.
If you're sure that you didn't register with this phone number before, contact support.
Step 2. Provide your personal data

On the demo tasks page, press Register above the task cards.
Warning
Don't refresh or close the page until you complete the step 4. Otherwise, you'll have to enter your info again.

Fill in your Personal data:
- Citizenship: Select the country of your citizenship from the list. It should match the country in your passport or ID.
- Full name: Enter your first and last name, and your patronymic (if you have one).
- Date of birth: Enter your date of birth. You should be at least 18 years old to register.
- City: Select your city from the list above.
- Passport or ID number: Enter your passport or identity card number.
Step 3. Attach your picture with the confirmation code

Take a picture of the confirmation code in your hands. Photo requirements:
- Format: PNG, JPEG.
- Size: 5 MB max, at least 500 pixels.
- Please write the code by hand instead of typing it and make sure it is clearly visible in the photo.
- A colored face-forward photo with a clear image of you and the confirmation code.

Press Attach a selfie with a code to upload a photo.
Step 4. Submit the form for review

Accept the User Agreement.

Accept the personal data processing agreement.

Click Submit for review.
Step 5. Confirm your phone number

Make sure the phone number in your Yandex ID is up to date. If the number is incorrect, press Change number.

Enter the confirmation code from the text and click Confirm.

Wait for the review result. It usually takes about an hour.

On the Last step on the way to earning screen in Yandex Tasks, press Continue.
Step 6. Select your country and languages

Press Customize in the Set up task display banner.

In the window that opens, select your current country and the desired languages for your tasks. Your current country may be different from your citizenship.

Select Show tasks containing 18+ content to see tasks with possible pornographic or offensive content. For example, obscene words or nudity.

Press Save. You can change these settings in your profile.
After you complete all steps, you'll have access to paid tasks and can open your profile.
Why has my form been declined?
If your form has been declined, you'll see the reason in the review result banner. Check for the possible reasons and the most common mistakes with the form.

Your full name in the form should be the same as in your Yandex ID. Check your Yandex ID and make sure your first name and last name are the same as in your passport.

Errors in personal data:
- Some letters in the first or last names don't match your passport.
- You use a fictitious or short name instead of your real full one.
- Typos in your passport or ID number.
- You use a document that's not your passport or ID.
- Typos in your date of birth.

Issues with you code photo:
- The code is too small and unreadable.
- Errors in the code (wrong characters).
- The code was typed, not written by hand.
Tip
All uploaded photos should be sharp and not blurred, not too light or dark, they shouldn't have any flares, and the information should be easy to read.
