How to set up work with refunds

Open partner.market.yandex.ru, click Log in, log in using the Yandex ID you used during registration. There you can resume the connection process from the desired location.
Return Policy
Your customers can cancel the order at any time and cancel it before receiving it. Buyers can return most of the goods even after receiving them by making a refund.
Customers will not be able to return some items, even if everything is fine with them:
- online subscriptions, payment cards and activation codes;
- food products;
- fresh flowers, if the storage recommendations specified by the seller have been violated;
- products made specifically for a specific customer.
In the FBS Last Mile model, the customer can return the product through the pick-up point. The Market will automatically select the point where you place your orders as the main place for receiving refunds. Returned goods will also arrive there.
In the FBS and FBP models, the goods are returned to the Market storage warehouse and transferred to the delivery service that accepted the order. She contacts the seller, and all further processes take place between them without the participation of the Market. Read the procedure for the provision of services in the contract.
If you work using the FBP or FBS model and do not want to return inexpensive goods, after placing them on the showcase, check the box Quick refund for cheap defects and specify the threshold amount. Then the Market will automatically transfer money to customers for the defect, without requiring them to return the product itself.
