How to prepare products for sale in the store
Depending on your business model and the category of your products, the following steps may be necessary.

Check the product statuses
In order for the products to be displayed in the showcase, there should be no errors in the statuses.
What are the statuses?
The product status will show whether the product can be displayed, for example, whether it has already been checked. There are also quality status cards on the Market. They show whether there is enough information about your product, for example, whether all required fields are filled in, whether the product has photos.
What do the product statuses mean:

Ready for sale |
There's nothing wrong with the product. If the store is connected and working, customers can buy it. What should I do if the product is in this status, but it is not in the showcase?Check if everything is in order with the store: open the Summary page or the catalog in the cabinet and see if there are any error messages there. If the store operates using the DBS model, the products may not be visible in the showcase due to the delivery settings, for example:

The product is checked after it is added to the catalog or the information about it is changed. |

Hidden by you |
You have hidden the product using one of the following methods:

You can't sell |
The product cannot be sold on the Market. The restrictions are described in the section What can be sold. |

Send information about the leftovers in your warehouse or make a delivery to the Market warehouse if you work using the FBP model. |

The status hasn't been updated yet, please wait a bit. If he still does not appear, write to support. |

How to edit a card
It is most convenient to make point changes in the cabinet:
- On the connection page, in the step Preparing the goods for sale click View all products.
- Select the desired product.
- Make the changes and save them.
If you need to edit many product cards from the same category at once, it is convenient to do this using a special Excel template.:
- On the connection page, in the step Preparing the goods for sale click View all products.
- In the upper-right corner, click Upload products.
- In the section From the file in the block By category click Upload.
- Fill in the template. All fields are described in detail on the Field Description sheet — look there if necessary.
- Upload the file in the same block where you downloaded the template.
How to delete a product
- On the connection page, in the step Preparing the goods for sale click View all products.
- Select all the items that need to be deleted.
- The Delete button will appear — click it.
Transfer the leftovers
In the FBS and FBS Last Mile models, specify the leftovers.
How to transfer leftovers
Balances are not updated instantly: up to 15 minutes pass from the moment of data transfer to the changes on the Market.
To transfer the remaining balance in the cabinet:
- On the connection page, in the step Preparing the goods for sale click Transfer the remaining. There may not be a button with this name if you have not yet uploaded products that can be sold using the selected model, or there are errors in the catalog.
- Find the desired product in the list.
- Enter the quantity of the product in the column Leftovers.
To transfer the leftovers using an Excel file:
- On the connection page, in the step Preparing the goods for sale click Transfer the remaining. There may not be a button with this name if you have not yet uploaded products that can be sold using the selected model, or there are errors in the catalog.
- In the upper-right corner, click Place leftovers.
- Download the template. Fill it out according to the instructions inside the file.
- Select the balance update mode:
- completely — for those items that are not in the file, the balances will be reset to zero;
- partially — the balances will change only for items from the file.
- Upload the completed template back to the Market on the same page.
If the file weighs more than 100 MB, split it into several parts and upload them individually in partial update mode.

In the FBP model, it is not necessary to transfer the leftovers, it is enough to make a delivery to the warehouse. Only products with the following status can be placed in the warehouse Out of stock.
If the products have a different status, find the reason for the errors.
