How to set up the shipment of orders
Started connecting and got lost?
Open partner.market.yandex.ru, click Log in, log in using the Yandex ID you used during registration. There you can resume the connection process from the desired location.
FBS and FBS Last Mile — tell us about your warehouse and choose the shipping method

On the connection page, in step Warehouse and Shipment settings, click Specify data.

Leave the name of the warehouse as it is or come up with your own.

Fill in the address. Be sure to indicate the real address where your goods are stored, even if the warehouse is located at your home.

Specify the employee you can call if necessary.

In step Where do you want to bring orders, click Select and select a convenient pick-up point.
What is the difference between reception points and sorting centers?
Reception points are often more conveniently located within the city, but large and heavy orders can be shipped to sorting centers.

Where you need to select The schedule of work and shipments, mark the five business days in which you are ready to collect and deliver orders.
What will happen to weekend orders?
If customers place an order on your day off, the order will be shipped on your next business day. For example, if you work on weekdays, orders for Saturday and Sunday will need to be shipped on Monday.

You can immediately enable work with electronic acceptance certificates. The certificates will not need to be printed, and the shipment will be faster.

Click Save and go through the remaining connection steps.
How to change the warehouse address and settings
If you need to change the warehouse settings after activation:
- On the connection page, in step Warehouse and Shipment settings, click Edit.
- Make the changes and save them.
Warning
After saving, check the How long do you accept orders field in the Shipping schedule block — the time may change if the warehouse opening hours are different.
