How to sign a contract with Yandex.Market

1. On the connection page, click Make a statement in the block Contracts and payment frequency.

2. Enter the INN or the name of the organization and select it from the drop—down list. Then the rest of the information about the organization will appear automatically, and you will not have to enter it manually. If the legal address does not match the actual one, uncheck the box and enter the actual address yourself. The names of organizations entered manually are passed verification.

   Market will not be able to conclude contracts with an organization that is currently undergoing liquidation, reorganization or bankruptcy.

3. Specify the number of the current account to which you want to receive payments from the Market, and the BIC of your bank.

4. If you are not an individual entrepreneur or self-employed, you will see the block General manager. Make sure that he is really listed there. The offer agreement is concluded between your business and the Market, but only a specific person can accept it.

5. If you noted during registration that you want to sell products on the Market to legal entities, you will see a block Accountant where your contacts are listed. Do not change anything if you do not have a full—time accountant, and if there is one, it is better to specify it. If the CEO is responsible for accounting, check this box.

6. If you are self-employed, upload a photo of the first passport spread. You can scan or photograph these pages on your phone — the main thing is that all the data is clearly visible.

7. Accept the terms of the agreement and click Send.
