Control of goods
There is no place for sellers deceiving customers on Yandex Market. Stores are permanently blocked for selling:
- non-original products disguised as original;
- discounted or used goods disguised as new;
- incomplete products;
- products that are not adapted to work in Russia;
- products prohibited for sale on the Market;
- goods that do not comply with the law, and goods whose turnover is prohibited in the Russian Federation.
Sale of non-original goods under the guise of original
The market carefully ensures that all branded products for which a trademark is registered are original. The Quality Service blocks stores that violate this rule. Therefore, the Market may request documents confirming the originality of the products you sell.
Depending on the supply chain, provide the Market with these documents:

Prohibited product in the assortment
You cannot sell anything on the Market that is prohibited by law and dangerous for delivery or storage. To protect the seller and the service from accidents and violations of the law, the Market monitors the availability of such goods in the showcase.
