5. Crypto mining equipment.

6. Toxic and radioactive substances.

18. Internal combustion engines (except boat engines).

19. Multimeters, oscilloscopes, electrical measurement devices.

20. Medical devices (except thermometers and blood pressure measuring devices).

21. Central heating boilers.

22. Printed circuit boards (circuits) without electronic components.

23. Layouts and mannequins.

24. Graphite brushes and electrodes.

25. Ashes, human remains, human organs and (or) human tissues, blood and its components.

26. Pornographic materials, religious materials calling for extremism or terrorist activities, materials aimed at promoting Nazi paraphernalia or symbols or attributes or symbols confusingly similar to Nazi paraphernalia or symbols, materials containing information that may harm the political or economic interests of the EAEU Member States, their state safety, health and morals of citizens; materials containing state and commercial secrets.

27. Items of exceptional and cultural value made more than 50 years ago.

28. Flying vehicles such as drones.

29. Tobacco and nicotine-containing products. Accessories for tobacco consumption and storage.

43. Medical, surgical, dental or veterinary furniture (with the exception of hospital beds with mechanical devices necessary for medical use).

44. Hairdressing chairs and similar chairs, their parts.

45. Apparatus and equipment for photo laboratories classified in heading 9010 of the Customs Code of the EAEU.

46. Devices, equipment and models intended for demonstration purposes, classified in heading 9023 00 of the Customs Code of the EAEU.

47. Games powered by coins, banknotes, bank cards, tokens or similar means of payment.

48. Goods subject to export control measures in cases and in accordance with the procedure established in accordance with the legislation of the Member State of the Union.
