I can't go into the office. What to do?
Try using the hint on the access recovery page. If you recently logged into the office from the same computer, under the field Login or e-mail the intended version of your login will be displayed (Maybe...). If access could not be restored, send a request via the feedback form. Be sure to specify the ID of your store (Campaign no.), as well as any other information that will identify you in the system (for example, the numbers of paid invoices or issued certificates).
Send a request
The fastest and easiest way to restore access to your account is to automatically restore your password. Follow the link Remember the password and select one of the suggested options for restoring access. For example, answer the security question that you specified during registration. If access could not be restored the first time, try other spelling options for the answer to the secret question, change the layout. You can also use other ways to restore your password — get a hint to an additional email address or in the form of a free SMS to a mobile phone number, if you specified it in advance in the settings.
If you are sure that you did everything correctly, but you cannot log in with this username, fill out the form on the page Restoring access. If you cannot recover your password using the listed methods, you can move stores to another office.
