How to download a catalog prepared for another marketplace

If you have a ready-made Excel file in the format ozon.ru , wildberries.ru or megamarket.ru, you can download it on Yandex Market.

Prepare the file

If there are products in the file that you are not going to sell on the Market, delete them.

Do not change the names and order of the sheets and columns.

There should be no tabs or line breaks inside the cells.

Add the file to the Market

1. Open the section Products → Catalog.
2. Press the button Upload products.
3. In the section From the file find the block All products at once and click Download.
4. Specify the marketplace for which the file was prepared and select the file itself.

Run a technical check

Press the button Check the file.

If the Market finds errors in the file:

1. Download and open the processed file.

2. Look at what is written in the columns Mistakes and Warnings make the necessary changes to the file.

   Important

   Do not edit the source file in the format of another marketplace — make corrections directly to the file that you downloaded at this step.

3. Upload the corrected file back by selecting the Yandex Market format.

Upload the products

After the file has successfully passed technical verification, click Download.

Your products have been sent for inspection and will appear in the catalog after a while. You can understand that the check is over by the status of the product. Instructions are in the article How to view product statuses.
