Summary in the account
The summary in the account is the main page of your business on Market with basic information about your stores, sales status, income, quality index, and other metrics.
The summary will help you quickly assess the overall state of your business, find problems, and find out what can be done to improve sales.
If you have several stores, you can select the one you need in the filter above the page and view the metrics only for this store.

Tasks
Problems and warnings about them, as well as tasks that require your participation. For example:
- The buyer did not pick up the product, storage of this product will soon become paid.
- Some of the products in the delivery to the Market warehouse were not accepted, they need to be additionally delivered or removed.
- A new question about your product has appeared.
- A buyer left a new review.
Click on the messages to quickly go to the desired page or to the desired tool in the account.
Critical problems that interfere with the operation of the store are collected by Market on a separate tab — pay attention to them first.
Orders
Sales statistics: in rubles, yuan, or dollars, or in pieces of products. Only users with access to the financial information of the account can view the metrics in rubles, yuan, or dollars.
You can select the period for which you want to view the data: for the last 14, 30 days, or for the current calendar month.
Along with this, Market will show a graph for the same previous period so that you can evaluate the change: if you are looking at the graph for March, Market will show a comparison with the graph for February.
The information is collected on the tabs:
- Created. Shows the number or amount of orders you received during the selected period. This includes any orders — even those that have not yet been fulfilled or have been canceled. It also shows a separate graph with the impressions of your products in this period.
- Delivered. Shows the number or amount of orders that were delivered to buyers during the selected period.
- Returns and cancellations. Shows the number or amount of orders that were canceled or returned in the selected period.
Store quality
The state of the quality index of your stores, as well as whether there are disconnections for low quality, overpayments for services due to late shipments and cancellations.
