On the page Analytics → Key indicators You can quickly view the most important performance indicators of your stores.

Monitor these indicators regularly: once a week — with weekly details, once a month or more often — with monthly details.

To make it easier to navigate the numbers, there is a filter on the page:

  • basic — the most important ones;

  • revenue — customer payments and payments for discounts;

  • sales — the main information about how your products were sold: how many impressions and orders happened, with what conversion, what is the average receipt;

  • expenses — the cost of market services is divided into two categories: promotion services and all others;

  • all — All values to see the full picture.

You can evaluate your entire business, each of the work models and each of your stores.

How are the indicators calculated?

Revenue

Revenue — customer payments for the selected period. It is considered for all delivered orders, refunds are not deducted. It does not take into account customer payments for delivery in the DBS model.

All payments for discounts — compensation for discounts that you receive with Market points: for example, when a customer used Plus points, or compensation for discounts co-financed by Market. It does not take into account the compensation of the discount on delivery according to the DBS model to Yandex Plus users.

Sales

In addition to the revenue, you will see:

Delivered orders — how many orders were delivered during the selected period.

Average order receipt — it is calculated as revenue from delivered orders for the period divided by the number of orders.

Delivered goods — how many items were delivered during the selected period.

The average cost of the delivered goods — it is calculated as revenue from delivered orders for the period divided by the number of items in the orders.

Product displays — views of the product card with your offer.

The conversion of adding to the cart — the percentage of product additions to the cart from all product impressions.

Expenses

In The cost of all Market services without promotion It includes:

  • The cost of placing goods on display, which in all work models consists of:

    • accommodation services goods on display;
    • the tariff for a smart offer (additional function to the accommodation service).
  • The cost of logistics services which includes:

    • order processing — at the sorting center or reception point (FBS model);
    • delivery to the buyer in the FBS and FBY models and express delivery to the buyer in the Express model;
    • delivery via a transit warehouse — if you deliver goods to a Market warehouse in another city through a transit warehouse (FBY model).
  • Acceptance and transfer of the buyer's payment, which in all work models consist of two services:

    • payment acceptance — The market receives money from customers;
    • transfer of payment — The market transfers customers' money to you.
  • The cost of warehouse services which includes:

    • storage of non-purchases and refunds — in the FBS model;
    • warehouse handling, acceptance of surplus in the warehouse, paid storage, organization of recycling, preparation of goods for export from the warehouse — in the FBY model.

The cost of promotion services in all models, it consists of:

  • sales boost expenses;
  • the cost of promotion with payment for impressions — shelves and banners;
  • expenses for participation in the loyalty program and payment of reviews for points.
