If you encounter a problem in the game, describe the situation in as much detail as possible, specify your username and the name of the game, and attach a screenshot if possible. • Make sure you haven't cleared the cache.
• Disable temporary file cleaners (for example, CCleaner).

If you couldn't solve the problem, contact us via the form. In your message, specify the name of the game and your username.

Describe what exactly is going wrong. If page elements are displayed incorrectly or an error message appears when loading the page, please attach a screenshot.
