Delete a rating or cancelation

We review orders where the user needs to be contacted if they're no more than 7 days old.

In all other cases, we review orders that are no more than 2 months old. Note: reviews related to the quality of the restaurant will remain in the rating, even if the issue with the user is settled. This way the rating remains objective and users trust it.
