How to get your restaurant higher in the list
Restaurants in Yango Deli are listed in a certain order.
The first 4-6 restaurants are selected for every user personally. They include restaurants where the user has ordered before and restaurants with similar cuisine, delivery time, or prices.
Other restaurants are ordered by:
- Expected delivery time: This includes preparation and delivery time. The less the user has to wait, the higher the restaurant is displayed.
- Restaurant rating: Based on the last 200 user ratings and orders canceled by the restaurant. The higher the user ratings and less the restaurant cancels orders, the higher the overall rating.
The higher a restaurant appears in the list, the more likely it is to get orders. Use these recommendations to help get your restaurant higher in the list:
Try to prepare orders faster, and don't include items that take a long time to prepare on the menu

Average preparation time spans from when the order was created to when the courier leaves the restaurant. This time is calculated automatically and based on:
- The time you specified when registering the restaurant in Yango Deli.
- The last 200 orders in the most recent three months where the courier wasn't late.
- If you prepare orders faster, average preparation time decreases. If you prepare orders more slowly, it increases.
- If you need more time to prepare orders for delivery, you can temporarily increase preparation time in the Preparation time section for a certain period. After the end of this period, the regular preparation time will reactivate.
Regularly monitor the restaurant rating and try to improve it.

In the Restaurants section, you can view the current restaurant rating and monitor changes. To do this, select a restaurant and open the Rating section to view the charts.
