How to start a promotion

Go to the Promotions section and select a promotion type

Select the promotion settings → Create promotion
A list of promotions will appear in the Promotions section. This is where you can edit the conditions and start/pause promotions. Before you activate the promotion, you can change anything about it, though you can only choose dates and hours once you activate it.
Note
Only the promotions you start on your own are displayed in your account.
Why a promotion isn't displayed to users
The most common reasons why a promotion disappeared from the main screen in the app and on the Yango Deli website:
- You added an item in the promotion to the stop list.
- You edited an item after starting the promotion.
- There are less than three promotion items left in a Buy one, get one free or Discount on full menu or certain items promotion
