How to accept orders

When a new order arrives, you hear a notification sound. If you don't get notifications, check the sound settings on your device. If you use your account on a computer or laptop, you also need to enable sound notifications in the browser settings.

In your account, new orders are highlighted yellow and the Orders section is marked with a red dot.

To accept an order:

  1. Click the order to view information about it.
  2. Click Accept order.

Before accepting an order, check the order summary to make sure you can prepare it and follow the user's instructions.

The order window contains:

  • The unique order number.
  • The order summary.
  • The price and weight of each item.
  • The total order amount.
  • The number of utensils.
  • The courier's name and phone number.
  • User instructions about the order.

An open order shows item options if they're available. The options are listed under the ordered item, indented. If a user orders one item multiple times and there's one option, it's applied to each item.

For example, if they order two drinks with only the "Caramel syrup" option, both drinks must come with caramel syrup.

If they order the same item several times and there are multiple options, every item comes with its own option.
