Order statuses

Order statuses affect average preparation time. If you change statuses at the right time, the restaurant's average preparation time decreases, and the restaurant is shown higher in the Yango Deli list. This means that more users are likely to order from your restaurant.

Before accepting an order, check the order summary carefully. Make sure you can prepare it and follow the user's instructions. If there aren't any issues, click Accept order to confirm.

If you prepare an order ahead of time, the order statuses will help us send a courier to you faster:

• Order ready: Activate after you've prepared, checked, and packed the order.
  
• Handed over to courier: Activate as soon as the order was handed over to the courier for delivery.
