Where to track couriers
You can track a courier's current location on the map on the active order page. The map shows up after a courier has been assigned to deliver the order. This usually happens when the restaurant has almost finished preparing it. Until then, the order card just says Looking for a courier...

The map is available once the order is assigned to a courier. To expand it, click Show map.
The courier's current location is marked with a yellow circle.
Sometimes we can't track the courier's location because they're on the subway or don't have internet. In this case, you'll see this message: A courier has been assigned and is on the way to the restaurant, but we can't determine their location right now.
As soon as the courier's internet connection is restored, their location will show up again.
