How to add items to the stop list

If a restaurant can't currently prepare an item for delivery, you can add it to the stop list. An updated stop list helps you avoid losing revenue and meet user expectations. That's why it's important to regularly check if the menu is up-to-date and edit the stop list in a timely manner.

To add an item to the stop list:

  1. Disable the item in the menu.
  2. Select the period when the item is unavailable.
  3. Click Save changes.

To add item options to the stop list:

  1. Expand the options and disable them.
  2. Select the period when options are unavailable.
  3. Click Save changes.

To add an entire category to the stop list:

  1. Disable the category in the menu. If you put all the items from the category in the stop list, the category will be unavailable to users.
  2. Select the period when the category is unavailable.
  3. Click Save changes.

You can put an item in the stop list for several days. If an item will be unavailable for the next few days, select the date when it will be available again. If you don't know the date right now, select Permanent, and the item won't be available until you activate it again.
