Item moderation
All items added to the delivery menu must meet several mandatory criteria. This is why all new items are first sent for moderation.
Moderation results:
- The item is accepted as-is.
- The item is accepted and we correct typos so your menu looks good to users.
- The item is rejected if we can't deliver it or there isn't enough information about it.
When an item is rejected, a red exclamation mark is displayed next to it. To see why an item was rejected, clicknext to it and select Edit. A window opens with the reason for rejection:
