Item descriptions should clearly state the kind of meat or seafood contained in the item (if applicable). For example: Seafood soup. Ingredients: mussels, king prawns, pickled octopus, broth, potatoes, carrots, salt.

List the ingredients

Specify the item's main ingredients (additional ingredients optional) and any non-standard cooking or serving method. For example: Salmon poke. Ingredients: rice, avocado, salmon. Served on a banana leaf.

Not enough ingredients listed

Based on the item's name, we think that the description is missing a number of ingredients. Sometimes it's important that these ingredients are listed. For example: Duck pilaf. Ingredients: rice, duck, carrots, onions.

List all the possible options for the item so users can choose what they want. For example: Rich juice. Option group: choose a flavor. Options: orange, apple, pineapple.

We can't add items sold by weight

For pizzas and pies, the description must specify size in centimeters so we know if the items can fit in Yango Deli partner courier delivery bags. Measure the diameter of round pizzas and pies. For square, rectangular, or triangular pizzas and pies, measure the length of the longest side. For example: Margherita pizza (30 cm).

List the names of items included in combos

Specify all individual items included in a combo, assortment, or set. For example: Assorted cheesecakes. Ingredients: lemon cheesecake (1 pc.), New York cheesecake (1 pc.), raspberry cheesecake (1 pc.).

Not suitable for delivery: we can't add items with ice cream

To deliver ice cream by Yango Deli partner couriers, you need to purchase special packaging:

  • Secure packaging (closed container with a lid / special Styrofoam box).
  • Tightly secured lid.
  • At least two layers (for a cardboard container).

If you have such packaging, email vendor-ci@deli.yango.com and attach photos of it. If you don't have such packaging now, purchase it and send us the photos.

Not suitable for delivery: we can't add hot beverages

Hot beverages won't maintain the right temperature during delivery. To have Yango Deli partner couriers deliver hot drinks from your restaurant:

  1. Reduce the delivery radius to 1.2 kilometers. This way, all users will get their drinks at the right temperature.

  2. Purchase proper packaging for delivering hot beverages:

    • Cup holders.
    • Lids without a spout or holes (or with a sealed spout).
    • The lid fits tightly on the cup.
    • The cup has at least two layers.

Email vendor-ci@deli.yango.com if you agree to reduce the delivery radius, and we'll change it for all orders from your restaurant. If you have the required packaging, attach photos of it to the email. If you don't have such packaging now, purchase it and send us the photos.
