Statistics are only available for accounts with expanded access. To get access statistics, go to your account: Support → Personal account → Access to account.
You can find all the main metrics in Statistics:
- General statistics
- User statistics
- Promotion statistics
To view statistics, select the restaurant and time period you're interested in. Every section has general metrics and charts for comparison.
Chart explanation:
- All charts are shown for the period you selected at the top of the page.
- The number in the chart is the sum of values for the selected period (except the conversion into orders chart, which shows the average value).
- The charts compare the last and first days of the period. If the last day's value is higher, the chart is green. If it's lower, the chart is red. If the first and last day's values are the same, the chart is gray.
General statistics
General metrics

Revenue: The sum of all order amounts. The orders canceled due to the restaurant's fault are shown in gray.

Number of orders: The number of orders that were completed or canceled and refunded to the restaurant.

Average order: Total order revenue divided by the number of orders.
To view the average value for a specific restaurant, enable the average per location option.

Distribution of orders: The number of orders on different days of the week. To view the hourly distribution, enable the per hour option.

Availability with the service: The changes in your restaurant's availability. 96% and higher is considered to be a good result.

User statistics
User metrics

New users: The number of users who ordered from you for the first time.

Regular users: The number of users who ordered from you more than once.

All users: The total number of users.

Share of revenue from regular users: The total order amount of your regular users.
The figures under the metrics show what's changed compared to the previous period. If the figure is green, the number of users has increased. If it's red, the number has decreased.

Revenue: The total order amount of new and regular users.

Users: The total number of new and regular users.

Order frequency: the number of users who ordered from you once, twice, or more often.

Share of revenue from regular users: The total order amount of regular users.

Number of orders with a promotion: The number of users who placed with a promotion.

Average order with a promotion: The promotion revenue divided by the number of orders in it.

Revenue from orders with a promotion: The total amount of orders that were completed or canceled and refunded to the restaurant, minus the discount.

New users: The number of users who ordered from you for the first time.

Revenue: The total order amount, both with and without a promotion.

Number of orders: The total number of orders, both with and without a promotion.

Average order: The average order amount, including orders with and without a promotion.

New users: The number of users who ordered from you for the first time, with or without a promotion.

Conversion: The percentage of users who ordered from you with a promotion.
