Restaurants
The Restaurants section has a list of all restaurants linked to your account. Here you can open a restaurant's page or disable it to temporarily stop accepting orders.
To add a restaurant, click here.
To pause order acceptance:

Select the restaurant and click Disable.

Select the reason why you want to disable the restaurant and how long it will be unavailable to users. After this time, the restaurant will be reactivated automatically.

Click Pause.
If you need to pause a restaurant for a few days, please email vendor-ci@deli.yango.com.
There are three tabs on the restaurant page:
- Rating
- Information
Restaurant rating
We've changed the way restaurant ratings are calculated. Now the rating is more objective and clear to users. To read more, check out the Where to view rating and reviews article.
The restaurant's rating reflects your performance quality. A green arrow means the rating has recently increased, and a red arrow means it's decreased.
To consult with a specialist about your performance indicators, open your account → Support → Partnership and promotion → Consultation about restaurant indicators. If you think that a rating or cancellation isn't related to a restaurant's performance, you can request to remove it from the rating calculation in your account → Support → Question about the order → Delete (appeal) a rating or cancellation.
Click a restaurant to open its rating page. There are several sections:
Restaurant rating

Shows the current rating and how it's changed over the last 24 hours. Below is a comparison of two indicators that affect a restaurant's overall rating:
- User rating: Based on an average of the last 200 order ratings. New ratings carry more weight in the rating calculation.
- Cancellation rating: The percentage of orders canceled by the restaurant on a five-point scale. The less orders you cancel, the higher the rating.
Rating dynamics
- A graph showing how the restaurant's rating has changed over the current and last week.
User ratings
- A graph showing the last 200 user ratings and how many of each rating. The ratings on the right are the most recent.
How to get higher ratings
- Here you can view the most frequent complaint when users give the restaurant a low rating, and recommendations on how to increase ratings and prevent complaints.
Cancellation rating
- A graph that shows the restaurant's current cancellation rating and how orders canceled by the restaurant change over time.
How to reduce the number of cancellations

The most frequent reason for canceling orders and recommendations on reducing the number of problematic orders are shown on the right.
To view all orders canceled by the restaurant and their details, click Cancellation history.
Restaurant information
To view restaurant information, select the restaurant and open the Information tab. There are several sections:
Business hours

Here you can view the restaurant's current business hours on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. To make changes, click Change.
Note
Editing business hours is only available in accounts with expanded access. To get expanded access, open your account → Support → Account → Account access.
General information

Here you can view general information about the restaurant, such as its contacts, address, and comments about the address for couriers.
To edit restaurant information:

1. Click Change next to the information you want to update.
2. Make the changes.
3. Click Save.

Accounting information

Here you can view accounting information, including the restaurant's legal name, TIN, and bank account information.

Fee

Here you can view information on your partnership with Yango Deli:
- Service fee.
- Acquiring fee.
- Fixed fee.
