Orders
When a new order arrives, you hear a notification sound. In your account, new orders are highlighted yellow and the Orders section is marked with a red dot.
If notifications don't make a sound, check the sound settings on your device. On a computer or laptop, sound notifications must be enabled in browser settings.
When you open an order, you'll see:
- The unique order number.
- The order summary.
- The price and weight of each item.
- The total order amount.
- The number of utensils.
- The courier's name and phone number.
- User instructions for the order.
An open order shows item options if they're available. The options are listed under the ordered item, indented. If a user orders one item multiple times and there's one option, it's applied to each item.
For example, if they order two drinks with only the "Caramel syrup" option, both drinks must come with caramel syrup.
If they order the same item several times and there are multiple options, every item comes with its own option.
If you use your own restaurant couriers for delivery, you can also see how much change is required, the user's phone number, and their address.

Order statuses
Order statuses affect average preparation time. If you change statuses at the right time, the restaurant's average preparation time decreases, and the restaurant is shown higher in the Yango Deli list. This means that more users are likely to order from your restaurant.
Before accepting an order, check the order summary carefully. Make sure you can prepare it and follow the user's instructions. If there aren't any issues, click Accept order to confirm.
If you prepare an order ahead of time, the order statuses will help us send a courier to you faster:
- Order ready: Activate after you've prepared, checked, and packed the order.
- Handed over to courier: Activate as soon as the order was handed over to the courier for delivery.
Temporarily pause order acceptance
If you can't keep up with preparing orders for delivery, put the restaurant on pause. To do this:
- Select the restaurant and click Disable.
- Select the reason why you want to disable the restaurant and how long it'll be unavailable to users.
- Click Pause.
At the end of the specified period, the restaurant will be reactivated automatically.
Note
To avoid losing revenue, only use this option if it's absolutely necessary.
