Handing an order to a partner courier

When you hand an order to a courier, they'll give you a code.

How this benefits restaurants

The code prevents order mix-ups. Use the code to make sure every order goes to the right customer. This reduces:

  • Customer inquiries to your restaurant.
  • Negative reviews from order mistakes.

How to hand over an order using a code

  1. Tap Order ready when the order is packed.
  2. When the courier arrives, confirm the order number and tap Order handed over.
  3. Get the code from the courier and enter it in the field → Confirm.
  4. Hand the order to the courier.

If the code doesn't work

  1. Check the order number, courier name, and phone number in the app.
  2. If they match, try entering the code again. If they don't match, wait for the assigned courier.

If the details match but the code still doesn't work, contact support.
