How we monitor restaurant quality
Actions after your restaurant has been hidden
Why a restaurant may be temporarily disabled from accepting orders
We prioritize service quality, so we help restaurants deal with high demand during busy hours.
How it works
-
The system keeps track of how many orders are currently in your delivery queue.
If multiple orders are taking longer than usual to be handed over to couriers, the system sends a notification to the restaurant, prompting the staff to pick up the pace. If they do, the restaurant will continue accepting orders as usual.
Partner delivery delays don't affect the restaurant's operations in the system.
-
If the restaurant is still unable to hand over orders without delays, the system temporarily pauses order acceptance.
When there's a pause in accepting or handing over orders, new orders will be reassigned to other locations in your chain (if you have multiple restaurants).
After a certain time, the restaurant is automatically re-activated and can once again take orders. If the restaurant is still unable to hand over orders without delays, it will automatically go on pause again.
-
The system will show the reason for pausing order acceptance.
After a certain time, the system will check whether the workload has decreased:
- If yes, the restaurant will automatically go back to accepting orders.
- If not, the pause will be automatically extended.
