How to log in to your Yandex Eats Vendor account

You can log in to your account by Yandex ID.

Your Yandex ID can be used in all Yandex services, mobile apps, and websites that support this type of user authorization.

This comes in handy when one account is used by multiple employees.

One ID for multiple accounts

You can link a single ID to all accounts. This way, you can save the settings of your accounts but don't need to remember and use different passwords.

Secure login with your phone number

Logging in to your account is easy — just enter your phone number.

To keep your data secure, we use two-factor authentication and alert you to suspicious login attempts. We also make sure that you regularly change your password and can restore access to your account.

How to create your Yandex ID

  1. Click Create ID on the Yandex ID page.

  2. Enter your phone number in the input field to link the account and click Next.

  3. We'll send you a text message with a six-digit code — enter it in the confirmation field and click Next.

  4. If you didn't receive the code, you can request another by clicking Send another code.

  5. Enter your first and last name and click Next.
    Your Yandex ID is your personal account. It's created for every person who uses Yandex Eats Vendor.

  6. Come up with a username or pick one of the suggestions and select Continue. You can log in to Yandex Eats Vendor with that username.

  7. Think up a password and select Continue.

  8. Accept the user agreement and select Ready. You're good to go!

How to change your Yandex ID password

  1. Go to the Yandex ID page.
  2. Open the Security section in the side menu → Log in methodUpdate password.
  3. Enter your old password and select Continue.
  4. Think up a new password and save the changes.

How to recover your Yandex ID password

  1. Enter your username on the login page and select Log in.

  2. Select I forgot my password.

  3. Enter the code from the image and select Continue.

  4. Enter the phone number linked to your Yandex ID.

  5. When you receive a text message with a code, enter the code and select Continue.

  6. Come up with and enter a new password.

  7. Done! You can now log in with your new password.

Logging in with your phone number

  1. Select the Phone field on the authorization page.

  2. Enter the phone number linked to the Yandex ID you use to log in to your Yandex Eats Vendor account.

  3. Enter the code from the text message.

  4. The list shows you all the Yandex IDs linked to your phone number. Pick the one you use to log in to Yandex Eats Vendor.

How to give new employees account access

You can send an invitation to multiple employees at once.

  1. In the side menu, click your account to open a pop-up window with the Manage account button.
  2. On the account management page, go to the Users tab.
  3. Click Invite user.
  4. In the Email field, enter the email of the employee you want to invite. You can enter an email address registered in any domain, including gmail.com.
  5. An invitation will appear in the list of linked accounts and is valid for 3 days. If the employee didn't link their ID to the account within this time, you can resend the invitation.
  6. The user will receive an email with instructions and a link to add their Yandex ID to the account.
  7. The user needs to click the link and add their ID.
  8. The user can access the account after they link their ID to it.

How to remove a linked user

The option is available if two or more users are linked to the account.

  1. In the side menu, click your account to open a pop-up window with the Manage account button.
  2. On the account management page, go to the Users tab.
  3. Select the account in the list and click Remove.
  4. This will open the Support section. Here you can create a request so we can help unlink the user.

How to change the account name

  1. In the side menu, click your account to open a pop-up window with the Manage account button.
  2. Click the pencil icon in the Account section and change the name.
    This name is only visible to you. The name will be invisible to other users, even if they have access to the account.

How to change the account

  1. In the side menu, click your account to open a pop-up window with the Manage account button.
  2. Click the Change account button next to the account name in the Account section.
  3. You'll be redirected to a page with a list of accounts linked to that ID — select the one you need.

Important

You can change the account if you linked at least two accounts to your Yandex ID.
