Other router

You can set up Yandex DNS on any router. These settings will apply immediately to all devices connected to the network.

1. Connect the device to the network and open the browser.

2. To open the router settings, in the browser's address bar, enter the address 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1

   Note

   Some routers may have different addresses. Find the address on the back side of the router or on the manufacturer's website.

3. Enter your username and password.

   Note

   Find the default username and password on the back of the router or on the manufacturer's website. They can be as follows:

   • admin/admin
   • admin/1234
   • admin/no password

4. Open the DNS settings section. They can be in the Advanced, Other section, or in the internet connection settings.

5. In the DNS settings, enter the IP addresses of the DNS servers that you selected, for example:
   

   

6. Save your changes.
