Yandex Disk Pro subscription

With a Yandex Disk Pro subscription, you can:

Subscription renewal

Subscriptions are renewed automatically: every month or year, your account is charged for the next subscription period. You can cancel subscription renewal at any time.

If you used a card to pay for your subscription and now want to use a different card, unlink the old card and link a new one in your Yandex ID settings.

Check your subscription status

On the Yandex Disk Pro page, you can see the date when paid storage expires. We will send upcoming expiration notice to your Yandex email account before it expires.

Unsubscribe

You can't unsubscribe, but you can cancel automatic subscription renewal at any time. To do this, go to the Yandex Disk Pro page and press Cancel next to your package. In this case, you can keep the space you've paid for through the end of the pre-paid period.

What happens when my subscription ends?

When your subscription ends, you will lose the unpaid storage space. This may cause you to run out of storage space on your Yandex Disk.

When you run out of space on your Yandex Disk, access is restricted. To remove these restrictions, delete unnecessary files, empty the Trash (files in the Trash also take up space), or buy more storage space. Otherwise, your access to Yandex Disk will be blocked in 44 days, with your files deleted forever six months after that. You can learn more about these restrictions under Yandex Disk storage space.

I'm being charged, but I don't know which account I subscribed with

If you're being charged, but you don't know which account you subscribed with, use the form at the bottom of the page to contact support. In your message, specify the card mask (the first 6 and last 4 digits), the amount, and the date on which the money was debited. Also specify whether you require a refund immediately.

An error occurred when paying by bank card

The majority of payment issues occur on your bank’s side. Unfortunately, we receive error messages without any additional information.

Here are some common reasons for payment errors:

  • Invalid card information. Check the card number, expiration date, CVV/CVC, and name on the card and then try processing the transaction again.

  • Insufficient funds in your account.

  • Card is inactive or expired.

  • Transaction limit exceeded.

  • Your bank does not allow internet transactions.

Note. If none of the reasons listed above apply to you, contact your bank's customer support to figure out why your card payment failed. Customer support information can usually be found on the back of your card at the bottom.

Buy space in the Yandex Disk app

You can buy additional space on the Yandex Disk site as well as in the app. However, you can't apply promo codes or discounts in the app.
