Yandex.Disk on your phone or tablet

You can manage your files on Yandex.Disk using your smartphone or tablet. Install the mobile Yandex.Disk app or use the mobile version of the Yandex.Disk website.

Do you use the mobile app or work with Yandex.Disk in a mobile browser?

If you are experiencing a problem with the Yandex.Disk app, please report the error using the feedback form in the app:

  1. Open settings.
  2. Select Help and feedback → Report a problem
  3. Select the relevant issue.
  4. Describe the problem in as much detail as possible.
Note. Please report problems related to the mobile app from the app itself and not Help pages. This will ensure your message reaches the right specialists and is answered sooner. Additionally, when submitting from the app, our specialists get technical information that helps them sort out the problem.
