Upload files

  1. Tap in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  2. Choose Upload files. You will then be asked to take a new photo or video, select a photo from your library, or select a file from the device.

Create folder

  1. Tap in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  2. Choose Create folder.
  3. Enter a name for the folder.
  4. Tap Save.

File won't upload to server

An error uploading a file may occur because:

A proxy server, firewall, or anti-virus interferes with the upload

You may be using a proxy server or firewall. Anti-virus software may also slow down uploads. Try temporarily disabling your anti-virus software and upload the files again.

There's no more space on your Yandex.Disk.

When there's no more space on your Yandex.Disk, access to Yandex.Disk is restricted. To remove these restrictions, delete unnecessary files, empty the Trash (files in the Trash also take up space), or buy more storage space. Otherwise, your access to Yandex.Disk will be blocked in 44 days, and in another 6 months, all your files will be deleted forever. You can learn more about these restrictions in Help for Yandex.Disk.
