Delete a file or folder

  1. Delete multiple files or folders
  2. Restore files from the Trash
  3. Empty the Trash
  4. Clear your Yandex.Disk
  1. Tap and hold the file icon.
  2. In the upper panel, tap  → Delete.
Attention. Files in the Trash still take up space on Yandex.Disk. They will be automatically deleted in 30 days. To free up space, empty the Trash manually.

Delete multiple files or folders

  1. First select one file, then the others by tapping them.
  2. In the upper panel, tap  → Delete.

Restore files from the Trash

  1. Go to the Trash. To do this, scroll the upper menu to the right and tap the Trash link.
  2. Tap and hold the file icon.
  3. In the upper panel, tap .
Attention. If the files were deleted from the Trash, it is technically impossible to restore them.

Empty the Trash

There are two ways to empty the Trash:

  1. To do this, scroll the upper menu to the right and tap the Trash link.
  2. In the upper panel, tap .
Attention. After clearing the Trash, it will be technically impossible to restore the files.

Clear your Yandex.Disk

If you need to clear your Yandex.Disk completely, select all folders and files, delete them, and then empty the Trash.

Attention. If you clear your Yandex.Disk, you won't be able to restore the deleted files.
